Our program starts immediately!
What happens after Umpire Camp:
- If you are selected or offered a contract in one of our leagues, you will be invited to a weekly zoom meeting.
-Meetings start the middle of February with pre-season and continue until the end of your leagues season.
-Pre-Season Continued education starts with in-depth teaching and advanced mechanics of the three-umpire system, handling situations, situational awareness all done online.
-During the season, umpires will review plays, their plays, ejections that occurred, missed rotations, and videos showing flawless umpiring.
-Guest speakers, commissioners from leagues, current and former MLB umpires share their insight on current topics being discussed.
What does this cost:
The Development Program at Elite Umpire Training and Development is COMPLETELY FREE for those who are assigned to one of our leagues. This is the first of its kind. We take the individual needs of umpires and provide them with the tools to be successful on and off the field!
